Be a Support Worker
Not all support worker positions require people to have a qualification to start work and job entry level requirements vary. Roles are varied and depend on the individual client.
Support Workers assist clients with daily tasks and personal supports that enable them to live independently. Supports are provided in a safe and dignified manner in accordance with individual care plans. Such supports include personal care, (showering, dressing, and toileting) meal preparation, transport to appointments, social support and companionship, domestic assistance and medication prompts.
Requirements include:
- Blue Card and Positive notice yellow card
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of Cert III or higher in disability support studies
- Provide evidence of being fully vaccinated

We are always looking for volunteers for our management community. If you are a person living with disability and have experience as an advocate or community organiser, we would like to hear from you.
Internship Opportunities
We don’t do internships.
We do placements for students completing their Certificate III.
In Individual Support.
We will also do placements for university students in business and social or community studies.
