Whether you need to attend an appointment, visit friends, go shopping or have a weekend away, we offer a fully equipped and accessible van for you, your support worker and your family to use.
Supportivity Accessible Van
Supportivity can provide a wheelchair accessible vehicle for people with a disability to use with their family members or carers at their own convenience.
This vehicle can be used to attend social activities, shopping, appointments, and weekend breaks. Transportation is also available for holiday makers to the Sunshine Coast and comes with a disability parking permit.
Who can Drive the Van?
The van is available for your use if:
- You are over 25 years of age
- You have a current open driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
- You sign the Conditions of Use for the van
- A staff member has copied your driving licence
- You have had an instruction session with a Supportivity office staff member
