Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living

A Place You Can Call Home

Our shared house model is designed to nurture, engage, and teach you skills that will help you get the best out of life.

We provide individualised and holistic support services to clients in a shared living arrangement that includes assistance with daily and domestic tasks. We also aim to support you with development of life skills at home and in the community such as learning to shop, cook, budget, and become independent with public transport, and provide assistance with community access to personal and private appointments.

We assist our residents to make themselves at home knowing that they have the required support that will help them live their best lives. Our goal is to help our residents live their best lives in an environment that is safe, secure, inclusive and respectful of their individual needs.

Community Participation

We will support you to access your local community and participate in gainful employment, social, and recreational activities. This support is available one on one, as well as for group based activities.
