Supported Accomodation
A place you can call home.
What is Supported Accomodation?
Supportivity aims to empower you to live as independently as possible. Supported Accommodation includes assistance with daily and domestic tasks and provides 24/7 care with staff that will sleep over each night.
Our highly trained team of support and community workers assist people living with mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder as well as intellectual disabilities and other mental health conditions.
Supportivity provides pathways and opportunities for residents to live an independent life. Onsite services include 24/7 support with meals, medication management, health care and personal support. Our team will work with NDIS providers to provide the gaps in the support that residents may not be able to receive in-house.
Accommodation available include single or double share rooms. Residents come from diverse cultural backgrounds and are encouraged through supports provided, to settle in and treat the residence as their home.
